Mr. Fred Then is an accidental educator, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, start-up & corporate coach. He has started or worked in with 11 start-ups (so far).

As the 1st Director of Entrepreneurship Training at NTU Ventures (Under Nanyang Technology University of Singapore), Mr. Then has lectured and coached over 4,000 start-ups and SMEs. His training innovations led to 80% reduction of bad NTU startup investments by SPRING Singapore. Success rates also jumped from 3% to 30% for software start-ups and from 3% to 60% for hardware start-ups. Companies work with Mr. Then to produce results, even without spending more on skills or resources. This is done by blending the latest Neuroscience & Sports Psychology research into powerful tactics & strategies that work for individuals or organisations.
