With more than 20 years of working experience of which more than 10 years are at senior management capacities, Mr. Chang is skilled in business, organizational development, personnel management, budgeting, strategic planning and project implementation. Furthermore, as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore), he is well versed in accounting, financial analysis, risk management and negotiations.

Anthony graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from NTU, after which he cofounded his family business. For the next 12 years, he expanded the family business to become one of the biggest players in the industry. In 2014, Mr. Chang co-founded Agriculture Dynasty Holdings, a holding company for agriculture investments in China. Amongst the investments are modern fertilizer technologies, fruit farms and food distribution networks. Mr. Chang holds the position of CFO and he oversees the finance and administrative operations for the group and its subsidiaries.

In 2020, Anthony returned to Singapore due to the pandemic. He has since remotely managed the Chinese business while he pivoted to education. In the following 3 years, he completed ACLP, DDDLP and Diploma in TESOL, and has been providing training to youths and adults in Life Skills, Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy. At leisure, Anthony does volunteer work with his Alumni and serves as a life-skills coach to the inmates of the SAF Detention Barracks. He is also a volunteer adult leader with his scout troop as he believes in helping the youth develop their leadership skills.
